Inventor Scott Wilber would like to find people who are good at using their mind-power in directly affecting the Mind Enabled® Technology progam in order to conduct some further experiments.  If interested please go to:

Inventor Scott Wilbur, CEO of Psigenics Corporation, associated with Santa Fe College Gainsville Technical Entrepreneurship Center (GTEC) in Gainesville, Florida has recently launched a new website featuring a training program and demonstration applications utilizing Mind Enabled® Technology.

ME Tech for short utilizes interaction of focused mental intention with hardware designed to measure a type of quantum entanglement produced with the desired information. Basically this is a system that responds directly to mental focus. It is a form of bio-feedback that shows effects on a special hardware device. When conected over the internet to a unique  random number generator, the user’s focused mental intention can create more favorable “influenced” outcomes. The more the user practices, the more a shift in results can be obtained.

Originally envisioned as a way to allows gamers to influence play without using any of the traditional controls currently available, Scott Wilber acknowledges that the potential usages of this technology is much greater. His opinion is that this invention could be applied to emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, augmented reality, deep data mining, etc., as well as to enhance existing technologies in medical research and forecasting, market forecasting, and others.

This technology is reminiscent of the secret 1978 Stargate Project remote viewing experiments conducted by the U.S. government and a similar program by the U.S.S.R. It is also somewhat similar to the Global Consciousness Project currently attempting to detect possible interactions of “global consciousness” with physical systems. The difference however is that Mind Enabled® Technology is much more advanced and measures the conscious output of one person at a time rather than a large group of people as in the case of the Global Consciousness Project. In Scott Wilber’s opinion once Artificial Intellingence and robotics take hold, companies will be knocking on his door begging to acquire his Mind Enabled® Technology invention!!

Scott Wilber impressed me as the type of person that once he zeros in on an invention that he feels has potential he doesn’t give up until he sees the project through to the very end. He confided in me that he is not interested in inventing products that will make him money, as he has made plenty from his patents. He is interested in creating products that will change the world for the better.

One of the reasons why I think he will succeed is the fact that his inventions are numerous and many have been commercially successful.

Scott, who in addition to being the CEO of Psigenics, the company that developed Mind Enabled® Technology, is also the CEO of Quantum World Corporation, manufacturers of the Pure Quantum() true random number generators that are sold worldwide to lottery operators, casinos and cryptographic companies. Mr. Wilber is the inventor and patent holder for the fully commercialized RNG (quantum random number generators) manufactured by Quantum World. This unit is unique in that it is portable and can be plugged to a computer.

In addition into the RNG and the Mind Enabled® Technology his other inventions are:

  1. In 1975 he was the inventor of the first commercially viable pulse oximeter which measures oxygen in the blood. He sold the product and patent to British Oxygen in 1984. Now it is a $1 billion per year industry. Today’s version of a pulse oximeter
  2. In 1991 Scott Wilber invented a process for the extraction and purificatio, of Taxol an anti-cancer drug. Paclitaxel the current brand name is a drug used to treat ovarian, breast, lung, pancreatic and other cancers.
  3. In 1984 he invented hardware and software for optical character recognition scanners and created Soricon Corporation which originally manufactured and sold the first commercial. The company was sold in 1994.
  4. Many years back he invented an LED light that could be attached to a bicycle, however never patented it since he was too busy with other more pressing projects. Years later he saw many of these products attached to many bicycles.

During his career he has worked on high temperature superconductors, photo dynamic therapy, laser gyroscopes and much more.

Like all inventors, Scott has extreme curiosity about things that we normally take for granted. He exemplifies Thomas Edison’s saying that “Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration”. In fact a funny thing happened while we were chatting. I asked him if he had children. He had a blank stare and it took him about 30 seconds to mentally compute what the question was. He then said; “Yes I have three. Sorry, I had to refocus my mind to answer, just as you and I were talking I was thinking whether it would be possible for a dozen Mind Enabled® trained experts to teach a language on a mind-to-mind basis.”
